Can the tiffin service be stopped or temporarily suspended for a few days in between of month?
       Yes, with prior notification to contact@threemeals.in or message via SMS or WhatsApp on 8010677105 your tiffin service can be suspended for a period of time, not exceeding for more than a period of 15 days. Once you request to stop or temporarily suspend your service our executive will respond to you within 24 hrs to notify you of the confirmation of suspension of service.
Whats are the payment methods?
       Payment methods available with Threemeals.in Tiffin service are: CoD (Cash On Delivery), UPI Payments, or Net Banking. To pay us online please check details here.
How do I make cancellation for my tiffin service on a particular day?
       As of now we are accepting orders only through PhoneCall and SMS/WhatsApp methods. You can call or text us on 8010677105 to place an order.
What are your timings?
       Order timing for Lunch Tiffin Service is a day prior to delivery and for Dinner Tiffin Service is before 12:00 PM same day. However, for orders after cut-off time you call our executive on 8010677105 and check for possibilities for any chance for delivery. Orders after cut-off timing will be charged differently.
My tiffin hasn’t reached me, what should I do?
       This happens rarely, perhaps you can call us to get status about your delivery. In case your call isn't received by our executive, you'll get a call back in a couple of minutes.
What time will my food be delivered?
       Orders are dispatched by 10:00 AM for Lunch and should reach you till 01:00 PM. For Dinner, orders are dispatched by 07:00 PM and should reach you till 09:30 PM.
Do you deliver every day?
       We are open from Monday to Saturday and only Lunch Delivery is available on Sunday.
Do you deliver Non-Veg Tiffins everyday?
       As of now, we serve Non-Veg Tiffin only on Wednesday for Dinner and on Sunday for Lunch.
What does Non-Veg Tiffin Mean?
       Non-Veg tiffins normally contain Chicken Dish and can be replaced with Egg Dish on demand.
Can I order in Advance?
       Absolutely, you can book your order with us well in advance so you don’t have to keep ordering everyday. Check our weekly and monthly subscription plans here.
If I cancel my subscription do I get a refund?
       Yes, all the remaining orders at the time of cancellation of subscription, after cut-off time, will be refunded. However there is no cancellation and refund for orders after cut-off time and for the orders already delivered.
What happens when I skip an order within my subscription?
       No worries, your order will be carried forward for next delivery. However, not more than 5 orders can be carried forward to next month.
